1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner appears virtually and refers order of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class dated 18.11.2024 whereby C.R. Case No. 105 of 2009 initiated on the complaint of M/s. Arun Ship Engineering Works has already been dismissed for non prosecution.

2. The petitioner prays for the quashing of C.R. Case No. 105 of 2009 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-I at Port Blair but after its dismissal this petition becomes infructuous. So he prays for dismissal of this Revisional application as it become infructuous.

3. None appears on behalf of the respondents.

4. Accordingly, this Revisional application being CRR/2930/2012 along with its connected application is disposed of.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Urgent photostate certified copy of this order if applied for may be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
