Salim ... for the respondents March 15, 2022 [GNC] Item No.30 This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not considering his representation dated November 19, 2019.

Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction upon the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District, Port Blair, being the respondent No.2 herein, to grant an opportunity of hearing to both the parties and thereafter pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
