Mr. S.C.Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the official respondents submits that the application dated 03rd October, 2025 has already been rejected on 08th October, 2025 with the remark that the name of the petitioner is not matching with the ID proof submitted by him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to move a fresh application along with requisite documents as mentioned in the rejection order.

Liberty is granted to move a fresh application along with requisite documents as per the law and procedure.

The opposite party shall consider the same in accordance with the law and dispose of expeditiously.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
