1. Petitioners complain of violation of the order dated April 2, 2024. An appeal was carried against the order dated April 2, 2024 being MAT 29 of 2024 which was disposed of by a judgment and order dated December 16, 2024 affirming the order dated April 2, 2024.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners informs the Court that, a Special Leave Petition was filed in which, the operation of the judgment and order dated December 16, 2024 of the Division Bench was stayed.
