Mini ..... for the applicants Ms. Babita Das ..... for the alleged contemnor Ms. Das, learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor, submits that, in terms of the order dated 7th March, 2023, violation of which is the subject matter of the present contempt application, a field inspection has been carried out. During the inspection, it was found that a certain portion of the building is required to be demolished without causing any further damage to the existing structure. She further submits that some technical expertise is necessary to carry out this work, and accordingly, prays for some accommodation to complete the entire process for implementing the order dated 7th March, 2023.

In view of such submission, the matter stands adjourned.

List this matter for further consideration one week after ensuing Puja Vacation.
