Upon hearing both the parties, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction upon the concerned respondent authorities, i.e. the respondent No.3, the Tehsildar, Port Blair Tehsil, Port Blair to pass a reasoned order in the matter after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date.
