He prays for leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action.

Learned Advocate for the Respondents does not oppose such prayer.

In view thereof WPA 76 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action with better particulars. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
