Agarwal, Advocate ... for the respondents December 20, 2021 [SR] Item No.16 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the writ application is about consideration of a representation dated 8th July,2019 made by the petitioner to the respondent authorities regarding fair and correct implementation of conditions of the agreement arising out of earlier completed agreement. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent authorities submits that the authorities are ready to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 8th July, 2019. However, it will be in the more efficacious, if a fresh representation on a similar line is submitted by the petitioner to the respondent authorities for consideration.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation before the respondent authorities quite in terms of its earlier representation dated 8th July, 2019 within a month from this date and if such representation is made, the respondent authorities shall make all endeavour to consider the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the case or even the question of the maintainability of the writ application.

With these observations, the writ petition being WPA/200/2019 is disposed of.
