Sharuk ... for the private respondent [on behalf of Mr. Mohammed Tabraiz] February 23, 2024 [AKB] Item No.31 Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties and considered the prayer made in this writ petition and also the prayer made by the petitioner in a Civil Suit filed by the petitioner himself being Other Suit No. 01 of 23 before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division-II), South Andaman District and in view of the fact that the issue relates in this writ petition is civil in nature and that the Civil Court is in seisin of the matter, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this writ petition except granting her liberty to approach the Civil Court for such relief in accordance with law.

With the above direction this writ petition being WPA/13/2023 is dismissed.
