This application may also be disposed of with a similar direction.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I direct the Administration to consider the prayer of the petitioner of denotification in respect of her land and take a final decision in accordance with law, after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representative. A reasoned order be passed by the competent officer in the Administration within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Let the final order that will be passed, be communicated to the petitioner within a week from that date of the order.

WPA/58/2021 is disposed of accordingly.
