Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors submits that the order of this Court dated 26th February, 2020 has been complied with but the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not satisfied with the order passed by the alleged contemnor in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26th February, 2020. In my view, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the said order passed by the alleged contemnors it will give rise to a fresh cause of action and cannot be a cause of action for continuance of this contempt proceeding. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped and the application being CPAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
