Mr. S.C. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the official respondents and submits on instruction that the representation dated 01st January, 2025 shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the submission, let the representation dated 01st January, 2025 of the petitioner be considered and disposed of in accordance with law on or before four weeks, after giving the petitioner an opportunity of being heard. Let the petition stands disposed of.
