Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that no application of the same is annexed to the writ petition. Having heard counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction upon the petitioner to submit an application within the next seven days and the respondent authorities to accept the same and thereafter act in accordance with law.
