It is further submitted that as certain other sections have been incorporated during the course of investigation, and some documents are required to be examined, a prayer will also be made for filing of supplementary chargesheet.

It appears that the agony of the petitioner has been put to rest on such submission. Let the charge sheet be submitted within two weeks from date. The respondents are also at liberty to pray for leave to file supplementary charge sheet, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of on the above terms.
