She submits that she had preferred an appeal against the order of acquittal of the accused for committing offence under Section 363/342 of Indian Penal Code and Section 9/10 of the POCSO Act, 2012 passed by the Special Judge POCSO Court, South Andaman, Port Blair on 16.11.2021.

Leave is granted.

CRMSPL/1/2022 is disposed of.

The appeal is admitted. The State is to serve notice of appeal upon acquitted accused, Shiv Shankar and file affidavit-of-service on the next date of hearing. The department is directed to prepare paper books after calling the lower court record.
