The petitioner is aggrieved that despite completion of all formalities and recommendations by all authorities below the Lieutenant Governor, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, licence in respect of the land has not been issued. In those circumstances, the Lieutenant Governor, Andaman and Nicobar Islands shall take a decision in the matter of issuance of licence to the petitioner within a period of two weeks date of communication of this Order. The petitioner shall serve notice of this order on the private respondents.

WPA/92/2021 stands disposed of.
