I have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. This writ petition is accordingly, disposed of with a direction upon the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District, Port Blair to comply with the judgment and decree passed in Title Suit No.17 of 2012 within a period of eight weeks from date.
