A Coordinate Bench, by an order dated January 15, 2026, required that, the authorities to consider and decide the representation dated November 17, 2025.

Writ petition was adjourned subsequently on two days to enable the authorities to implement the order dated January 15, 2026.

Learned Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that, the authorities disposed of the representation dated November 17, 2025 by Order No. 450 dated February 10, 2026. Learned Advocate appearing for the respondents makes over a copy of such order to the Learned Advocate for the petitioner in Court.

In view of the authorities complying with the order dated January 15, 2026 and in view of the Order No. 450 dated

February 10, 2026 passed by the authorities, WPA/21/2026 is disposed of.

This Court clarifies that this Court did not enter into the merits of the contentions of the rival parties with regard to the Order No. 450 dated February 10, 2026.

The parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard thereto if so advised.
