Jayapal ...for the Petitioner Mr. Ramendu Agarwal ...for the Respondents January 17, 2023 [MAM] Item No.10 The Writ Petition is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned Advocates representing the petitioner and the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of the representation dated 16th March, 2022 made by him addressed to the Tehsildar, Mayabunder Tehsil, North and Middle Andaman District being the Respondent No.3 whereby the said Respondent No.3 was requested to demarcate the land under Survey No.5/7 at Hari Nagar village under Mayabunder Tehsil, North and Middle Andaman and to provide sketch map on such demarcation. It has been contended by Mr. Jayapal, learned Advocate representing the petitioner that in spite of making this approach to the respondent no.3 till date the grievance of the petitioner has not been addressed by demarcating the aforesaid land.

In consideration of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner this Court directs the respondent no.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated

16th March, 2022, page 15 of the Writ Petition, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order on demarcating aforesaid land as well as if necessary to provide the sketch map as prayed for. With the aforesaid direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties after compliance of all required formalities.
