In terms of the submissions the opposite partyAdministration is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law in terms of the Office Memorandum No. 57/03/2022-P&PW(B)/8361 dated 27th October, 2022 as expeditiously as possible but preferably within eight weeks. With this direction the petition is disposed of. However it is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of this case and no expression made therein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.
