Shatadru Chakraborty, learned senior advocate representing the petitioner submits that by the present civil revisional application order of injunction passed by the learned trial court and modified by the learned District Judge in miscellaneous appeal is challenged. However during the pendency of the present civil revision the suit before the learned trial court has been dismissed and as such present civil revisional application has become infructuous.

In view of such submission the civil revisional application being CO/4/2022 is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Connected applications, if any, are disposed of. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order if applied for be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
