1. Learned advocates representing the applicant and alleged contemnor have jointly submitted that the order of this Court is complied with and the alleged contemnor passed an order on 06th March, 2026.

2. However, it is submitted by the learned advocate representing the applicant that the contention of the applicant is refused by the said order dated 06th March, 2026 requiring necessary steps to be taken.

3. In view of such submissions made on behalf of the parties contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 06th March, 2026.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
