The prayer in the instant application shows that the writ petitioner being the respondent in the appeal MAT/09/2025 prays for recalling and/or vacating of the order dated February 07, 2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench along with other consequential relief.

Mr. KMB Jayapal, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/writ petitioner submits, despite an extensive submissions having been made by him, the Coordinate Bench did not record and consider the same and passed the order dated February 07, 2025.

Ms. Babita Das, learned counsel appearing for the Administration of the Islands submits that the detailed argument was made by Mr. Jayapal before the Coordinate Bench and upon discussing and considering the submissions, the order was passed.

Be that as it may, we think it fit that this application should be placed before the same Coordinate Bench for its consideration.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to transmit the original file before the Principal Bench for taking necessary steps.
