The grievance of the petitioner is that for a considerable period of time (about 2 years), the petitioner prayed for issuance of sketch map with respect to the land bearing Survey No.267/1/5 and 267/1/11 situated at Lambaline Village, Port Blair Tehsil.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that till date the said sketch map has not been handed over to the petitioner by the Tehsildar and a communication was lastly made on 3rd January, 2024. The Tehsildar, Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman, is directed to issue sketch map of the land which is the subject matter of the communication dated 03.01.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observation WPA/25/2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
