Respondent Mr. Ananda Halder ... for the petitioner Mr.Salim Mohammed ... for the respondent March 16, 2022 [GNC] Item No.39 This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering his application for permission to divert land in any holding for alternative use. The petitioner submits that inspite of his application being made in the year 2018, no steps have been taken by the authorities. I have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the materials on records and of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent to pass a reasoned order upon granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. ( Shekhar B. Saraf, J. )
