for the Administration October 1, 2024 [SR] Item No. 10 Pursuant to instructions filed by the respondent Administration, it is submitted that the respondent Administration is ready and willing to cancel the subject tender which has been assailed in this proceeding and initiate the retender process with all necessary conditions with a view to increase participation and fair competition.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition.

WPA/34/2024 stands allowed by cancelling the e-tender notice dated 7 December, 2023 and quashing all steps taken pursuant thereto.

Liberty is granted to the respondent Administration to initiate steps for retender in accordance with law. The written instructions filed on behalf of the Administration be kept with the records.
