An order of demolition was passed on July 15, 2014. Court is informed that no appeal was preferred against such order.

The order of demolition is yet to be implemented. Respondent authorities will therefore proceed to implement the order of demolition dated July 15, 2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from date.

WPA/37/2026 is disposed of, without any order as to costs.
