The Respondents/Administration and the Pollution Control Committee is represented by Mr. Tulsi Lall, Learned Counsel with Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Learned Counsel. The private respondent is represented by Mr. S.Singha, Learned Counsel.
The added respondent/PCB, South Andaman has filed a Report in terms of the previous Order of this Court on 17th November, 2022. A copy of the Report is served on the other side.
Mr. Halder, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the private respondent in respect of whom the
complaint was lodged, has taken steps on the basis of the Report and the grievance of the petitioner has been now redressed.
Let a copy of the Report be retained with the record and also handed over to the Learned Counsel for the other appearing parties.
The parties are however directed to maintain the present position. No further order is required to be passed in the writ petition.
WPA/50/2022 stands accordingly disposed of.
