The said order has been brought on record in CAN/110/2019 filed in aid of CPAN/10/2019. The Chief Engineer is of the view that none of the DRMs-petitioners were eligible for bonus in terms of the rules and orders. The propriety or legality of the said order No.845 dated 9th August, 2019 may be tested in a separate writ petition.

Reserving remedy to the petitioner, inter alia, as indicated above, CPAN/10/2019 stands disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
