Learned advocate for the alleged contemnors says that possession of the land in question has been handed over to the petitioners.

Learned advocate for the petitioners says that, that is correct. However, she says that the land records have not been corrected as yet and the sketch map has not yet been handed over to the petitioners. We direct the alleged contemnors to correct the land records within three months from date. The relevant sketch map shall also be handed over by the alleged contemnors to the petitioners within that period of time.

Since the order in question has now been complied with, although belatedly, for which we accept

the apology tendered on behalf of the alleged contemnors, the contempt petition being C.P.A.N. 030 of 2019 stands disposed of.
