According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, the petitioner is facing hardship because of distance as well as in terms of the livelihood which he is carrying on. In view of the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner and objection raised by the State, the condition imposed in the order dated February 05, 2026 to seek permission of the learned Trial Court and directing the petitioner for not leaving the jurisdiction of Kadamtala Police Station, I am of the view that the same be modified to the extent that the petitioner, if he intends to travel outside the jurisdiction of the Kadamtala Police Station, he shall inform the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station and would be at liberty to leave the jurisdiction.

However, the same would be restricted to the extent that the petitioner shall not leave these islands without prior permission of the Trial Court. So far as the other conditions imposed while granting bail, the same would remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN/1/2026 is disposed.
