Learned advocate appearing for the Administration submits on instructions that, permit was issued in respect of the vehicle which is the subject matter of the writ petition. It appears from the record that the petitioners seek a direction upon the respondent No. 3 for issuance of no objection certificate for the vehicle bearing No. AN 01 M 9450 for plying such vehicle in all routes of the North and Middle Andaman and South Andaman District.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the Administration, on instructions, that such no objection certificate was issued and, in fact, the permit was issued to the petitioners, it would be appropriate to dispose of the writ petition.

WPA/134/2021 is disposed of accordingly.
