He seeks that the cheque already deposited with the Registry of this Court of an amount of Rs. 25,000/- dated 21.01.2025 number 763449, be returned to the appellant, since the appeal has already been disposed of.

In view of the formal nature of the payer of the appellant the same is allowed.

Let the amount deposited vide Cheque No. 763449 dated 21.01.2025 be immediately returned to the appellant, positively within a period of two weeks from today.

This order shall from part and parcel of this Court's order dated 19.11.2025.
