The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner prayed for issuance of sketch map with respect to the land bearing Survey No.84/5 situated at Austinabad Village, Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman District. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that till date the said sketch map has not been handed over to the petitioner by the Tehsildar and a communication was lastly made on 4th January, 2024.

The Tehsildar, Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman, is directed to issue sketch map of the land which is the subject matter of the communication dated 04.01.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observation WPA/59/2024 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
