Perused the judgement passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in MA/3/2021 dated 14th March, 2023.

Considering the observation of the Division Bench and on hearing the learned counsels for the petitioners and the respondents herein, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tehsildar, Diglipur and the Assistant Commissioner, Diglipur to dispose of the proceedings in RC No. 148 of 2019, on giving a proper hearing to all the stake holders/affected parties and dispose of the said proceedings in accordance with law within a period of two months from the dated of communication of this order.
