Attention of this Court has been drawn by Mr. Gopala Binnu Kumar, learned counsel representing the petitioner to page 130 of the writ petition, wherefrom it appears that the Original Application was heard by the learned Tribunal on 8th October, 2021 directing the matter to be listed before the next Circuit sitting of the Bench. However, it also appears from the said Order dated 8th October, 2021 that pleadings relating to this Original Application are complete. Petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the Original Application. Respondents are represented by Mr. Tulsi Lall, learned advocate.

Considering the grievances, as ventilated on behalf of the petitioner, and taking into account the fact that the Original Application, which was instituted in the year 2021, was lastly heard on 8th October,2021, it appears that the said original application needs to be disposed of at an early date. In view of the aforesaid scenario, this Court requests the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata, to dispose of the original application, being OA No. 978/2021, at an early date, subject to convenience of the Tribunal preferably within a period of four months from date. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court, pending application of certified copy upon compliance of formalities.
