Learned counsels for the parties have indicated that the records have been rectified and the order has been complied with. The compliance report has been filed in Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rectified map also should be made available to her client. The same is a consequence which follows upon rectification of the records. The Tehsildar shall ensure issuance of a rectified map.

The personal presence of the Tehsildar is dispensed with.

4.

The name of the advocate for the alleged contemnor shall stand rectified in the order dated 05.03.2025 to read as Babita and not Babite.

5.

The contempt shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
