Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent/the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District in effectively considering her complaint dated 18.03.2021 being annexure P-1 to the writ petition. Though it appears from the record that pursuant to the aforesaid complaint the respondent authority concerned has issued a notice dated 16th March, 2022 upon the alleged encroacher of the space in question but thereafter no further progress has been made in the matter and it is the allegation of the petitioner that the respondents concerned are sitting over the same. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned advocates for the parties this writ petition being WPA/93/2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to

conclude the proceeding and pass a final order on the basis of the aforesaid notice dated 16.03.2022 by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the dated of communication of this order.
