1. During the hearing, it was submitted on behalf of the petitioners that, on the date the writ petition was filed, both trucks had been released into the custody of the petitioners.

2. Ms. Babita Das, learned Advocate representing the respondents, submits that the trucks have already been released in favor of the petitioners and are now in their custody.

3. Taking note of this subsequent development, I am of the view that no further interference is required in this writ petition, and the same is disposed of.
