Sivabalan ... for the respondents June 29, 2022 [GNC] Item No.23 to 25 In view of the subject matter of demarcation of land relating to the same group of persons, WPA/80/2022, WPA/82/2022 and WPA/84/2022 are taken up simultaneously and disposed of by a single order as follows: The petitioners have come up with a prayer for consideration of their representations which were made in the year 2010, 2011 and 2012. Notices have been issued by the

Tehsildar, Ferrargunj. However, subject matter being an issue of demarcation does not reflect that all the persons were addressed. Accordingly, the office of the Tehsildar, Ferrargunj is directed to issue notice to all the affected parties, consider their representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA/80/2022, WPA/82/2022 and WPA/84/2022 are disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded on the official website of the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court.
