The petitioner is aggrieved that his representation dated 17th February, 2022 to the Port Blair Municipal Council (PBMC) has not been considered and disposed of till date.

The petitioner has prayed for creation of promotional channel to the post of Electrician in the PBMC.

The Secretary,PBMC shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion about his entitlement.

WPA/83/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
