It appears that, petitioner entered into a contract with Union of India.

Union of India not being a party respondent in the instant proceedings, I am not minded to entertain this application. AP/1/2026 is dismissed.

This order will not prevent the petitioner to avail of the remedies on the self same cause action against the appropriate party.
