Respondents Mr. KMB Jayapal ... for the petitioner Mr. V.D.Sivabalan ... for the respondents June 30, 2022 [SR] Item No.3 The writ petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the respondent statutory authority in not demarcating the land of the petitioner. The respondent statutory authorities are represented and submit that there is no question of demarcating the subject premises since there are joint co-owners of the subject premises.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period within six weeks from date. It is made clear that the respondent no.2 will not be bound by any observation of finding in so far as merits of the writ petition is concerned The respondent No.2 is directed to give notice to all the necessary parties before disposing of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA/85/2022 stands disposed.
