The petitioner assails a final order dated 23 September, 2021 passed by the Assistant Director of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).

By the impugned order, it appears that the contributions aggregating to approximately Rs.2,21,793/- for the period September 2016 to September 2018 have not yet been paid by the petitioner.

In view of the statutory alternative efficacious remedy available to the petitioner under the provisions of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation Act, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. I also find no exceptional circumstances made out warranting this Court entertaining this petition.

WPA/86/2022 stands dismissed.

As prayed for by the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority, if so advised, in accordance with law.
