1. According to the Petitioner, she had encroached upon a Government revenue land and claimed to be in settled possession thereof.

2. In support of such possession the Petitioner has relied upon the documents including Adhar Card annexed with the Petitioner's Annexure P-1.

3. The Petitioner had applied for electricity connection but the same is still pending for consideration by the Respondent no.2.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner to the Writ Application has submitted that necessary direction be given to the Respondent no.2 for consideration.

6. Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties to this Writ Petition and also having gone

through the documents in support of occupation of the Government revenue land by the Petitioner, the Respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the application dated 16.12.2024 for electric connection submitted by the Petitioner Smti. R. Bhanumati within four weeks from the date of communication of the order.

7. Liberty is given to the Petitioner to communicate the order to the Respondent no.2 for compliance.

8. With the aforesaid observation the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
