The petitioner filed this Writ Petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering and disposing of his application dated 31st May, 2022 being Annexure P-3 to the Writ Petition for water connection at the premises in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the respondent authority concerned is directed to consider and dispose of the aforesaid application dated 31st May, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this Writ Petition being WPA/107/2023 is disposed of.
