It appears from the record that on 24.01.2023 also when the matter was called on that date none appeared for the respondents to oppose this Writ petition. Affidavit of service is on record. The Petitioner submits that against the grievance raised in this Writ petition, petitioner has made a representation before the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District on 02.01.2023 being Annexure P-5 to the Writ Petition and petitioner complains that the said representation has not been considered yet and makes an innocuous prayer for direction upon the respondents to consider the aforesaid representation.

This Writ Petition being WPA No. 112 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent Deputy

Commissioner concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner on 02.01.2023 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
