Mr. Manoj Paul, the writ petitioner appears in person through virtual mode. Mr.Shatadru Chakraborty, learned senior advocate appears for the respondent nos.1 to 3. None appears for the respondent no.4.

Referring to Annexure P-8 at pages 30 to 32 to the writ petition, the petitioner submits that despite there being an application submitted by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the authority has not yet disposed of the same.

Learned advocate for the respondents submits that the appropriate authority is respondent no.2.

In view of the above, the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the said application Annexure P-8 at pages 30 to 32 to the writ petition in accordance with law positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been not admitted by the respondents.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition WPA(P)/2/2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
