Sivabalan ... for the respondents April 02, 2024 [SR] Item No.4 The writ petitioner seeks a direction upon the Deputy Commissioner, North and Middle Andaman District to dispose of the representation dated October 25, 2023 for sub-dividing the suit property.

Respondents are represented.

In the present case, a suit for partition was filed in which a preliminary decree was passed on April 25, 2016 in T.S.No.46 of 2012. Final decree in T.S.No. 46 of 2012 was passed on November 16, 2017. Thereafter, representations were made by the writ petitioner without any avail. The last representation is dated October 25, 2023.

In such circumstances, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated October 25, 2023, in accordance with law after affording the writ petitioner an opportunity of hearing. Respondent no.2 is at liberty to hear the petitioner and such other persons and consult such documents that he deems appropriate. He will pass a reasoned

order and communicate the same to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA/94/2024 and the connected application are disposed of without any order as to costs.
