The last order passed in the matter by a Coordinate Bench dated 22nd March, 2023 records that the petitioner had been given time to file the affidavit-in-reply. However, since the carriage of proceeding is with the writ petitioner, the WPA/99/2022 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
